“Win a Free Retrofit Assessment worth £225”

1. Promoter: The promoter is Energy Efficiency Consultants  (“the Promoter”), with a registered address at 1&2 Mercia Village, Torwood Close, Coventry, CV4 8HX.
2. Eligibility: This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Energy Efficiency Consultants and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition.
3. Entry Period: The promotion starts on 10:00am Sunday 4th October 2023 and ends at 5:00 PM BST on Sunday, 8th October 2023.
4. Entry: Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. Entries can be made by scanning the QR code and completing the form fill located at https://eec.org.uk/eec-grand-design-show-competition-entry
5. Prize: 5 winners will receive a Retrofit Assessment valued at £225. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
6. Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random from all complete entries received and verified by the Promoter and/or its agents.
7. Notification: The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
8. Delivery: The retrofit assessment will be scheduled at a mutually agreeable time between the winner and Energy Effciency Consultants.
9. Publicity: Winners agree to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
10. General: The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
