We’ve been collaborating with EEC for several years on a succession of social housing retrofit projects, starting with an SHDF Demonstrator project and continuing through SHDF Waves 1, 2.1, and most recently to support the initial submission process by a client for Wave 3. In each case the EEC Retrofit Coordinator team have been very helpful to the process, being willing to engage positively from the early stages.

Their team have responded well in fluid discussion situations to provide the interim energy assessments and studies needed for us to assist the client in evaluating whole-house retrofit options at the design stage, where a constructive and collaborative approach is essential.
