PAS 2035 is the over-arching document in the retrofit standards framework, with which users of the TrustMark Government endorsed quality scheme are required to comply when carrying out domestic
retrofit work.

To be eligible for public funding, projects must be delivered in strict compliance with PAS 2035. The specification is fully supported by BEIS. Compliance is a mandatory requirement of schemes wanting to operate under the TrustMark – the new quality mark for the Retrofit Sector.

Engie (Equans) & Northampton Partnership Homes Whole House Retrofit Project

Engie is a Worldwide organisation representing low carbon energy and services. In the UK and Ireland, Engie’s activity across technical services and facilities, management, energy efficiency, and regeneration is now part of Equans. This new entity includes specialist energy-related capabilities such as smart buildings and green mobility.

EEC was approached by Equans on behalf of the Northampton City Council to provide Whole House Retrofit Assessments across social housing in the authority.
